L’oggetto dell’evento è il Graduate Program Field Experience, rivolto a studentesse, studenti e neolaureate, neolaureati senza esperienza, offrendoti l'opportunità di intraprendere un percorso formativo ed esperienziale di circa 24 mesi. All’interno di questo percorso, avrai – opportunamente affiancato dai nostri professionisti – la possibilità di ricoprire diversi ruoli, da quello di Account Specialist a quello di Branch Manager, e di conoscere da vicino la realtà di un gruppo leader nei servizi dedicati alla gestione delle risorse umane e presente in oltre 60 Paesi nel mondo.

The Adecco Group si rivolge a studentesse e studenti dell’ultimo anno e a laureate e laureati (entro 4 anni dalla laurea) nei seguenti ambiti d’interesse:

  • Economia, finanza, gestione aziendale

  • Educazione e formazione

  • Giurisprudenza e studi economico-giuridici

  • Scienze politiche, relazioni internazionali

  • Sociologia

  • Studi umanistici e linguistici

The subject of the event is the Graduate Program Field Experience, aimed at students and graduates without experience, offering you the opportunity to undertake a training programme of about 24 months. As part of this programme, you will have the opportunity - with the appropriate support of our professionals - to take on various roles, from Account Specialist to Branch Manager, and to gain first-hand knowledge of the reality of a group that is a leader in services dedicated to the management of human resources and present in over 60 countries worldwide.

The Adecco Group is aimed at last year studentsand graduates (within 4 years of graduation) in the following areas of interest:

  • Economics, finance, business management

  • Education and training

  • Law, economic and legal studies

  • Political science, international relations

  • Sociology

  • Humanities and language studies
